About the event

Friends of Northern Lake Champlain and Northwest Regional Planning Commission are so excited to host Tales from the Watershed this summer! Join us from 5-8 pm on Saturday, July 12th at St. Albans Bay State Park. Members of our community will be coming to share personal stories about how our waters have impacted them. There will also be food for sale, music, and activities for all ages. We invite you to bring your friends and family and plenty of blankets and chairs to sit on. You do not have to register to attend, but if you are interested in becoming a storyteller, read below and register!

We invite you to share your story at Tales of the Watershed, a community storytelling event celebrating our deep ties to the waterways that sustain us. Whether it’s an adventure, a childhood memory, or a reflection on how the water has changed, your voice matters.
